The Abua Awas Yojana (अबुआ आवास योजना) is Jharkhand government's flagship housing scheme. BPL families who are homeless or living in kutcha houses get a 3-room pucca house with ₹2 lakh financial assistance from the state government — distinct from the 2-room PMAY houses.

Eligibility

How to Apply

1. Visit abuaawasyojana.jharkhand.gov.in or Block office / Panchayat Sewak
2. Fill application form with required documents
3. Gram Sabha verification and survey
4. After approval, ₹2 lakh released in instalments via DBT as construction progresses
