What is Arunachal Tribal Welfare Development?

Arunachal Pradesh Tribal Welfare Development Fund provides livelihood, education, infrastructure, and cultural support to all 26 APST communities including Adi, Nyishi, Apatani, Galo, Monpa, Tangsa, Wancho, Nocte, and others. Both PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate) and APST certificate are mandatory to access any benefit. Applications are processed through District Tribal Welfare Officers in coordination with District Councils and Village Councils.

Arunachal Tribal Welfare Development Eligibility
